1 lb. ground pork sausage ▢8 oz. cream cheese softened ▢1 cup parmesan cheese shredded ▢1 lb. jalapeño peppers (about 20) fresh, halved lengthwise and seeded ▢8 oz. ranch dressing (optional) for dipping
Sausage should be cooked in a skillet over medium heat until browned uniformly. Remove oils.
Combine the sausage, cream cheese, and Parmesan in a basin.
Disperse an estimated 1 tablespoon of the sausage mixture into each portion of the jalapeno.
Spread the loaded halves across a baking sheet. Bake for twenty minutes at 425°F, or until faintly browned and bubbly.
Complement with ranch dressing.
