1 1/2 cups sugar ▢1/2 c pumpkin puree ▢1/2 cup butter ▢2 eggs room temperature ▢1 tbsp vanilla extract ▢1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar ▢2 2/3 cup all-purpose flour ▢1 tsp baking soda ▢1/8 tsp baking powder ▢1/2 tsp salt ▢1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice ▢2/3 cup white chocolate chips
By hand, cream the butter, sugar, and puree in a mixing basin. Eggs, vanilla, and cream should be combined.
Combine cream of tartar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a separate basin.
Stir in this mixture gradually into the creamed mixture until thoroughly combined. Mix in the white chocolate pieces until thoroughly combined.
Allow to chill for thirty to forty-five minutes.
In a small basin, combine sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Place dough balls that have been formed into small balls and rolled in the sugar/cinnamon mixture onto a greased cookie sheet.
8 minutes at 375°F in the oven.
