Preheating the oven to 400 degrees.
Potatoes are peeled with a fork and placed on a baking tray lined with foil. Bake for forty-five to fifty minutes. Cool entirely upon completion.
Using lengthwise-cut potatoes, remove one-half of the pulp. Place on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Combine oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper in a small basin. Mix thoroughly.
Apply this mixture to the undersides and upper surfaces of every potato rind.
8 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the bacon and cheese for an additional two minutes. Add scallions or green onions as a garnish. Warm and garnish with ranch or sour cream.
