Meatloaf Recipe (Extra Delicious!)

Ingredients: Gather 1 ½ pounds of ground beef (preferably lean), 1 cup of breadcrumbs, ½ cup of finely chopped onions, ½ cup of finely chopped bell peppers, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 eggs, ½ cup of milk, ⅓ cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, and ½ teaspoon of dried thyme.

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onions, bell peppers, garlic, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix everything together until well combined.

Shape the Meatloaf: Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf shape, making sure it's evenly distributed.

Add Glaze: In a small bowl, mix together ¼ cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Spread this glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake: Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) and the top is nicely browned.

Rest and Serve: Once baked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest in the pan for about 10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute and makes for easier slicing. Serve slices of the delicious meatloaf with your favorite sides and enjoy!
