Lox Bagel Recipe

Ingredients: – 6 bagel – 2/3 cup herb and chive flavor cream cheese, or plain cream cheese – 10 oz cold smoked salmon or lox slice – 3 tablespoons caper – Small chunk of red onion, thinly sliced – 1/3 cup fresh dill, chopped – Other optional toppings: thinly sliced cucumber, tomato, avocado

Instructions: 1. Cut open the bagels and spread each half generously with cream cheese.

Place thin slices of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese. Add a few slices of red onion and sprinkle capers over the salmon.

Garnish with chopped fresh dill. Optionally, add other toppings like thinly sliced cucumber, tomato, or avocado.

Serve and enjoy your delicious smoked salmon bagels!
