EGGS AND POTATOES RECIPE

3-quarts butter Chopped red potatoes, 1 1/2 pounds 1/4 cup fresh minced herbs 2 teaspoons chopped garlic 1 – 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (pretty crystals added) 18/8% pepper Eight large eggs 3/4 cup extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Step - 1

Preheating the oven to 400 degrees.  

Step - 2

Butter is heated in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Potatoes should be cooked until tender.  

Garlic, parsley, garlic salt, and pepper are then added.  

Step - 3

In the potato mixture, create four wells using the base of a spoon. Separate the contents of two eggs into wells within the potatoes.  

Step - 4

After ten to twelve minutes, garnish with cheese. One to two minutes more in the oven will melt the cheese.
