Preheating the oven to 400 degrees.
Butter is heated in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Potatoes should be cooked until tender.
Garlic, parsley, garlic salt, and pepper are then added.
In the potato mixture, create four wells using the base of a spoon. Separate the contents of two eggs into wells within the potatoes.
After ten to twelve minutes, garnish with cheese. One to two minutes more in the oven will melt the cheese.
