Combine cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar in a large basin. Blend the cream until thoroughly combined.
Peppermint oil should be added one drop at a time. Apply color to taste, or leave colorless.
Form into minute spheres, then arrange on wax paper. By dipping a fork in powdered sugar, ensure that each orb is flattened.
Let dry on wax paper for about 2 hours then freeze or refrigerate.
