CREAM CHEESE MINTS RECIPE

6 ounces cream cheese softened ▢2 tablespoons butter softened ▢5 to 5¼ cups powdered sugar ▢4 drops peppermint oil ▢any food coloring paste optional Halved ▢3 ounces cream cheese softened ▢1 tablespoons butter ▢2¾ powdered sugar ▢2 drops peppermint oil

Ingredients

Step - 1

Combine cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar in a large basin. Blend the cream until thoroughly combined.  

Peppermint oil should be added one drop at a time. Apply color to taste, or leave colorless.  

Step - 2

Form into minute spheres, then arrange on wax paper. By dipping a fork in powdered sugar, ensure that each orb is flattened.  

Step - 3

Let dry on wax paper for about 2 hours then freeze or refrigerate.
