BANANA MUFFINS RECIPE

1/2 cup flour, all-purpose 1 teaspoon powdered baking powder 1 teaspoon bicarbonate for baking 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 3 pureed, ripe bananas, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 egg a-cup melting butter

Step - 1

Preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Apply cooking spray to a muffin pan or line it with cupcake liners in order to prepare it.

Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a basin.  

Step - 2

Combine the bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in a separate basin. While folding in the flour mixture, stir until homogeneous. Prepare muffin tins with greased batter scoops. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.

Step - 3

Bake for thirty-five to twenty-five minutes. The time required to bake micro muffins is 10 to 15 minutes.
